Our 2020 Z71 Chevy Silverado 1500 is the truck you've been looking to rent! Bringing the benefits of a full size truck, while maintaining comfort in the extended cab, this truck checks all the boxes. Need to transport family members, go on a road trip, have a home project? Look no further! If you have ANY questions about our cars or your trip, please contact us via text / call for immediate response ** (952) 657-4846 ** PARK AT OUR LOCATION FOR FREE! Our shop has ample parking space and you are more than welcome to leave your personal vehicle there while you rent with us. CONVENIENT PARKING AT MSP! The self park ramp at MSP allows you to park and exit quickly for FREE! When you enter the ramp, please grab a ticket and leave it in the center console. When you exit the ramp, push the "HELP" button on the ticket gate and wait for a tenant to come over the intercom. Simply say "I need to leave with a Turo reservation number" and proceed to give them your reservation. You can find your reservation number on the "DETAILS" page of your trip. After providing your reservation number, the gate will open and you will exit for free. Failure to follow this process will result in you being charged the parking fee in which we do not refund. We will send a message upon pick up of your vehicle explaining this process for your convenience.

It is agreed that the Renter/Driver shall not do or permit the following in or while using the vehicle, including but not limited to: - No illegal or criminal acts - No weapons or dangerous devices - No explosives - No reckless driving - No removing parts - No modifications to the car - No tampering with parts of the car - No engine tuning or alterations - No OBD2 tunes, flashes, or maps - No alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances in the vehicle - No excess revving - No burnouts - No drifting - No street racing - No racetrack days - No drag racing - No subleasing or assignment - No commercial for profit use (Door Dash, Uber, Lyft, etc...) - No unlicensed or uninsured driver(s) - We have GPS tracking on this vehicle and irresponsible driving could result in immediate termination of rental.

Overall this was a good experience, however, not a perfect one.
Communications were fast with easy directions to locate the vehicle in the airport parking garage.
We reserved this Chevrolet Sierra because it has enough room for our family and storage for our luggage in bed of the truck with a tonneau cover according to the photos. Sadly the tonneau cover was broken and ripped making it completely unusable, not a fun experience in the rain. It should be removed.
Other notable discoveries included:
- Service Tire Monitor System warning light on the dash, annoying.
- Wiper blades are worn out, not good when it was raining the first two days of our trip.
- Steering system is binding with audible and tactile clunking during left and right turns, this made us question if the truck was suitable for the road.
- Front License plate was not installed, it was found in the center console. This is required in Minnesota according to the 2 Issued warning tickets found in center console for speeding infractions, license plate and registration violations from past drivers. These tickets should probably be removed.
- The radio antenna was missing so we were not able to use the radio for music.
- Trash was found under driver seat and in the seat rear pocket.
These are all easily solvable to help make the next experience more enjoyable for future guests. I do recommend reserving with this owner but I wouldn’t recommend this particular vehicle until these issues resolved.
