Pickup was smooth and easy, truck was clean and ready to go with a full tank. SFO's long term parking is a hike but really no complaints beyond that. Truck was in great shape and was exactly what I needed for my business trip.

Everything was communicated and you agreed to pay for parking when you selected SFO pick up. It’s listed twice in our vehicle description and once in the first message yet you were surprised you were paying for airport parking! Please read the full description and messages next time.
As far as the wrong lot, we aren’t allowed to park at the lot you wanted its turo rules. We also had the car spotless but you rated it low in cleanliness.
