1. Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO VAPING and/or NO DRUG USAGE, otherwise penalty will be charged 2. To maintain a pet-free environment for those with allergies or sensitivities, we kindly ask that you do not bring any pets into the Cybertruck. We understand that your furry companions are part of the family, but we hope you understand our policy. 3. Per Turo policy, no off roading on undeveloped or unimproved roads, otherwise a penalty will be charged. 4. To protect the battery, please charge the truck between 20% ~ 80% range of the battery and return with no less than 20% of battery range. EV charge will directly charge to host’s account and will be sent to renter for reimbursement post trip. 5. We appreciate your efforts in keeping the Cybertruck clean and tidy. Please return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. 6. This truck is registered with a Fastrak account, I will request for toll reimbursement when I receive the toll statement. 7. Airport Parking: the guest pays for parking to exit the Airport terminal parking. We hope you have a wonderful time exploring new destinations and creating cherished memories with our Cybertruck.

EV charging is free if you charge it in 20% ~ 80% range of the battery and return with no less than 30% battery, otherwise, guests need to pay for charging.
Can my friends/family members drive the vehicle?
Yes, as long as they are legally licensed and added as a registered Driver with Turo after booking the vehicle, they can! Turo doesn’t charge for adding additional drivers however the primary renter may need to be present for pick up and drop off.
