If a renter accumulates 5 strikes—something that only happens with excessive misuse or extremely RECKLESS driving—Tesla will suspend our FSD license for two weeks. This suspension affects not just you but also future renters who rely on FSD access. To avoid such disruptions, we must impose a $200 fee on any renter whose actions disable our FSD account. However, you can easily avoid this fee by discontinuing FSD use after receiving 1 or 2 strikes, or by choosing not to use FSD altogether. By engaging FSD during your rental, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
