Guidelines
- No smoking in the car whatsoever. If car returns with a smell of smoke, ashes, burns there will be additional charges of up to $1000. - No pets - The renter is responsible for any toll fees, parking tickets and citations. - No food or any beverage spills in the vehicle. Any stains will result in deep cleaning fee up to $250. - The vehicle will be photographed before/after each trip. Any scrapes or dents will incur repair fee. We can deliver it to anywhere in San Diego county for an extra fee.

Canceled my trip when my flight was delayed, I then rebooked it, the maintenance light was on and popping up every time I got in the truck, the truck overheated at one point while I was parked, then the truck kept popping the gas pump so I had to stand there and continuously press the gas pump putting in a couple cents worth of gas at a time.

Your trip was canceled by Turo due to no response to messages for 2 days before pickup and even 1 hour after, leading to a cancellation fee per Turo’s policy. When you rebooked, I allowed pickup within 1 hour instead of the usual 3. I apologize for the inconvenience and the fee, but this could have been avoided with timely communication from your end. I’m sorry you feel this deserves a 2-star review, but Turo’s policy was followed.

The truck drove great and was very clean. Took a week long camping up to the PNW and it held up great. No issues, great communication with owner and very easy process overall. Definitely 5 stars
