Welcome! You are doing both pick-up and drop-off at the owner's personal residence. If you selected another pickup point (airport, train station, custom, etc.), go to those options for more instructions. Picking up at residence, please note: Street parking is permitted in front of house; you cannot leave a different vehicle parked in driveway. Return in driveway on same side you picked up. There are residents that must not be blocked. There is no hitch-towing. It is locked out. Pets only if you have paid the "extra fee". No smoking or toking allowed in any Turo vehicle. Remember that I need specific times for both pick-up and drop-off. Please let me know if either your pick-up or drop-off time changes.

• Can I load the back bed and how much?

  Yes, you can load the back bed, but there are some caveats: The truck can handle about 1 ton of weight (2,000 pounds), but that includes all the weight in cabin (gear, persons, etc.). (Gas weighs 150 pounds) So do the math like you are loading a turbo-prop airplane! If you have something quite heavy back there, for safe suspension, make sure it is "between the axles"; do not drop right on the edge of bed. Do not rip the gate or floor covering by dragging item! Also, the hard-top cover opening is only 30 degrees (see pics), limiting height (and making loading with a fork-lift impossible). However: Bed top can be removed before pickup for an additional $250 per trip. So you have the choice of either the lockable weather-proof top or an open bed.

• Which gas tank option is on the truck?

  Simply put- You get truck filled up with gas. Return truck filled up with gas. Or, you can select the "extra" fuel option. Than, you can return vehicle at any level. Less stress!

• Why no towing?

  This truck is mostly offered as a luxury vehicle. We decided to avoid the potential issues when towing. Fortunately, there are trucks on the TURO platform, in this area, that allow towing. Try another TURO search if towing is necessary. Towing on this Ram is locked out.
