Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted in the Silverado. Please note that there will be a $500 fee for smoking and remember that it is impossible to mask the smell so just don’t do it. Pets are also not allowed in the Silverado, however, service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Please note that there will be a $250 fee for having animals in the car as it will require detailed cleaning services. The Silverado is intended solely for recreational trips. Hauling is not permitted as per Turo’s policy. Loading and transporting construction materials and debris is not allowed in the bed of the Silverado. Any such use will result in a cleaning fee of $500. As a part of the general use of the car normal levels of particles on the floor mats and seats from getting in and out of the car are expected and absolutely acceptable. Any excessive amount of dirt and garbage left in the vehicle as well as any stains on the upholstery will be subject to a $100 cleaning fee. The Silverado is equipped with an EZ-Pass tag (vehicle specific transponder ID 00412004149) for hassle-free bridges and toll passing. Guests are not allowed to remove it or replace it with their personal devise/tag so we can prevent the charging of extra fees from violations due to any malfunctions, failure to read or low balance of a guest’s personal EZ-Pass tags. Toll fees are the responsibility of the guest and will be invoiced at the end of your trip. By renting this vehicle you agree to the above guidelines. If you are unable to follow these guidelines please feel free to chose a different rental and cancel your reservation with us.
