Fees will be assessed automatically , if the following is not met: -NON-SMOKING - No smoking of any kind _CLEANLINESS. No need to clean it, but please maintain and return the vehicle in the condition provided. (no trash, no dirt, spills, etc.) Speed, battery, and other details about the car are monitored remotely. Attempting to disable remote monitoring will be reported to Turo who will take, in its sole discretion, appropriate actions, including, but not limited to, account suspension, law enforcement referral, and charging the traveler an administrative fee. At no point should you allow the battery to fall below 20% or 65 miles especially left low overnight. This will result in a $100 careless negligence fee. At no point should any one other than the person who booked the reservation should be operating the vehicle. This will result in a $250 careless negligence fee. - An additional driver can be added during the initial reservation. However, the additional driver cannot pick up, drop off , or drive the vehicle without the primary driver present. Please DO NOT wash the car. This may be a rare exception on Turo, but since the car has a special coating and cannot be washed through a regular car washes. Please just clean the interior of the car and return the car with exterior as is after your trip to avoid any charges for damaging the coating.
