Stephen was very helpful; Cybertruck was great; Pickup was a breeze. Yes the charge was low upon pickup, yes the truck was a little dirty but for the $ still an amazing value. If you want those other things book another Cybertruck that’ll be 4x the price of this one

The host was friendly and very responsive, and the Cybertruck was a great experience to drive. Had so much fun showing family and just enjoying the car for the day. However, the truck was only at 30% charge when I picked it up, which added some inconvenience. I had to spend almost $50 on fast charging during a one-day rental. While I understand that charging is part of the renter’s responsibility, you would think the vehicle would be charged at pickup. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Thanks again !

Car was not full when given to us and the charger was not in the trunk. Other than those it was a great trip with an easy to work with host.

Car was great. Like some others it seems, got it with hardly any battery and when you plan on using it, you don’t plan on sitting at a super charger for 45 minutes immediately after acquiring it to use it. I wouldn’t be as salty being billed for charging the car to the state it was picked up in if it was actually usable for a fair amount of time but it wasn’t. Very nice guy and car was clean. Just crazy to think it seems to frequently rent out and can hardly go anywhere. It’s not like a gas vehicle where it takes 3 minutes and it’s commonly available. I had to drive 30 minutes to a charger and sit for 45 minutes and that added 15 minutes to my destination. Easily cost me an hour and a half in time. The price compared to other Tesla trucks is a good deal so I guess you get what you pay for. Would probably rent again but be more prepared next time for that hassle. Thanks!
