Guidelines
Pickup is seemless and fast with a coded lockbox and it’s very close to the airport. (TYS) Uber or Lyft would only be $10-15 each way. Deliveries and pickups are an option but cost extra. Cleanliness - Car will be given clean with full tank of gas. I expect the same when returned. I have a zips car wash unlimited membership that you can use before you turn it in. It’s just a couple mins away. (Sticker is on the windshield). Automatic car wash and free vacuums. - No pet’s allowed: Cleaning fee due to smells or pet hair is $150 fine. - NO SMOKING! I have a strict no smoking or vaping policy inside or near the car. Please be conscious of odors on your clothes or items. You will be charged up to $250 to get the smell out the car.

Car was great. Had loads of fun. Jason was very communicative and on top of issues. We did have some mechanical issues and Turo had to assist. Turo support was ok, and I spent 5+ hours on the phone and waiting for roadside assistance, after having been told by 2 Turo representatives it would be 90 minutes maximum.
