This is my local Starbucks and Safeway parking lot. I use this for in person and remote dropoffs and pickups.

My biggest goal is for you to have a safe, reliable, one of a kind experience. You will recieve the vehicle washed and detailed. I plan to wash and detail the vehicle between every rental, so you will not be billed for cleaning for standard use of the vehicle. I want you to enjoy the vehicle, not worry about cleaning it during your trip! You may be charged a cleaning fee in abnormal use situations, think heavy stains in the interior or something of that nature. I will do everything in my power to deliver the vehicle with 80% charge or higher. Please return the vehicle with 50% charge or higher or a small charging fee may apply. If I am unable to deliver the vehicle with 80% charge, I will work out situational conditions with you at that time. I want to provide a clean allergy free experience to all guests. As such I have a no-pets policy in my vehicles. I'm sorry for any inconvenience for pet owners, but I feel this is the best policy to ensure the most positive experience for all of my guests. My pups are not allowed either! Smoking or vaping is not allowed in any Turo rental, mine included. The vehicle is intended to be used on public roads following all applicable traffic and safety laws. Off-Roading, track use, towing or hauling anything that could damage the bed (gravel, dirt, wood, etc.) is prohibited during the rental. The car has been equipped with a GPS monitoring device. Any inappropriate use of the vehicle or tampering with the GPS device will be reported to Turo and improper usage fees may apply. I am available anytime during your trip if you have questions or issues. Most of all enjoy your experience!

• Where can I charge the Cybertruck during my trip?

  You can use any of these charging options: You can use any Tesla charge station, simply park and plug it in. The Cybertruck is linked to my account and bills me automatically. The cost of charging varies at each charging station, and the rate and total charge cost will be displayed on screen. Any charging fees accrued during your trip will be billed to you within 48 hours after the trip ends and receipts will be uploaded to the trip for your records. This is the method I recommend as Tesla chargers are widespread and are the fasted method to charge. You can charge at a third party charger. The vehicle includes an adapter to charge at non-Tesla chargers. You will usually have to have an account with the company providing the charger and you will be billed directly. I do not offer any 3rd party charging support for my vehicles. I do not recommend this as the Tesla chargers are usually significantly faster to charge and it can be annoying to setup accounts with these companies. Also included in the vehicle is a tesla mobile charger that can be plugged into a standard 120v outlet or a 40A 240v outlet. This is fine to supplement charging if you have access to one of these outlets, but I would not recommend this as your only planned charging method. Keep in mind a full charge using a 40A 240v outlet will take around 12 hours and a full charge using a standard 120v outlet will take days.

• Can I use the Tesla app for vehicle access during my trip?

  Absolutely! This is honestly the best user experience. Simply create a Tesla account and download the app and I will provide you with access during your trip.
