I listed it as 2 seats but it can legally drive 4 people, although 2 is most comfortable. There are a few scuffs and scratches already, but it’s a truck and meant to be used like one. Just FYI, someone backed into my driver side door a couple weeks ago, so there’s a large dent in it. Everything works fine, it’s just cosmetic damage. I provide some rope, ratchet straps and a tarp to cover and tie-down anything you’re transporting in the bed of the truck.
