Wonderful truck! Easy communication, easy pick up/drop off. Such a fun way to cruise the island. Super easy to drive and in pristine condition.

Patrick was very friendly, but needs significant improvement on communication. The original vehicle that I booked had been taken to the shop, so I was given an older model with bald tires. Following this, I had a change in plans and had to rerun the vehicle a day yearly. After agreeing to this over texts and phone calls, the request was never accepted in the app even after two attempts. Once I had returned the vehicle a day early as we agreed, Patrick assured me he would call Turo and adjust my trip. He failed to keep his word. After a week of following up with Patrick I threw in the towel and called Turo. They were very helpful and I was able to get refunded for the day I did not use the vehicle.
