There are only 2 options on APTS listings. ☑️ Pick up at car location: 4303 Nawiliwili Rd. Lihue 96766. - Primary guest will utilize Taxi or ride-share service to address shown on reservation. 4303 Nawiliwili Rd. is Turo’s dedicated parking lot, located behind Target. ☑️ Delivery: LIH Airport to Turo’s dedicated parking (Shuttle service) - When guests select LIH Airport, a ‘Hawai’i Operations Fee’ of $35 will appear on your reservation. That allows TURO (not your host) to operate business at the airport and shuttle guests to and from Turo’s dedicated parking. Please note: Only guests who have selected ☑️ LIH Airport is able to utilize Turo’s shuttle service.

We kindly ask that you are respectful and treat this rental as your own during the duration of your trip. • No Smoking or Vaping in vehicle - guests who violate the no smoking policy may be fined $250 and banned from Turo. • No Driving under the influence • No Eating in Vehicle • No Off-roading (off paved roads) or driving vehicle on Sand • No “adopt a Pet for the day” allowed - guests who violate the no pet policy may be fined $150 cleaning fee and banned from Turo. • Please rinse off to minimize sand and sunblock streaks before entering the vehicle. If there is nowhere to shower, please dust off. Excessive amounts of sand post trip may result in a $150 post trip cleaning fee. • TURO Terms of Service - Guests are to stay on paved roads only. Off-roading and driving on sand is absolutely prohibited by the County of Kaua’i, Turo’s terms of service and Host. Any damage to the vehicle will be the primary driver’s responsibility to repair. • Please do a clean swoop inside the whole vehicle for all of your personal belongings before the vehicle is returned, and don’t forget to return vehicle KEY to the host. *Primary guests are responsible for replacing lost key fob. $200 replacement fee.
