I was a bit confused at the contact list pick up, and this was only my second turo rental. But thanks to Turo and Serious A, I was able to rent a really nice Toyota Tacoma for less than what it would cost me to rent a lame Kia or Hyundai sedan at one of the other major car rental companies. The Tacoma we rented from Serious A was exactly what we saw in the picture, it was clean, in good condition, had nice Goodyear tires, and we had a great road trip experience!
