PLEASE READ BELOW IF YOU SELECTED KONA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AS PICKUP & RETURN LOCATION. There is an ongoing legal issue between Turo and Airports in Hawaii. Turo does not have an agreement and permits to operate on the Federal airport's grounds in Hawaii ( as Uber or Lift). Turo's legal team is working on getting permits and negotiating the terms of conducting business. Turo hosts are not allowed to do curbside pick up at the baggage claim or contactless delivery and returns from any of the parking lots on the property. But don't worry, I only live just up the street 4 miles from the airport (the neighborhood above Kona airport). Please make sure you change your pick-up location to my home location, and I will send you a taxi number to call and you can meet me at my home. I apologize for this incontinence. It is highly recommended you schedule your ride a minimum 48 hours before your arrival. Guidelines
Mahalo for choosing us to fuel your adventurous spirit! *You must return the car in the same condition as it was rented out, or you will be charged a $85 cleaning fee. *You are responsible for all exterior/ interior damages to the vehicle while you are renting it. This includes scratches to the body, rims, etc. *The car must be returned clean and full tank of gas or you will be charged a minimum of $80 unless you purchased post-trip prepaid refuel see under("Extras"). *Absolutely No Smoking, Vaping in the car. *Absolutely No drinking and driving. *No pet or animal is allowed. *Pickup and delivery is available After 6:00am or Before 9:00 pm *Any stains on carpet or seats will be charged, if any of the above guidelines are broken you will be charged $250 *Please return the car in the same condition as you received it. *Lost keys will be charged $400
