I requested the Turo one hour before I boarded my flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Bastan responded immediately. By the time I stepped off my flight he had the car detailed and ready to hop in at LAX. Given the late hour of my drop off, he let me leave it in short term parking. I’ll definitely rent again from Bastan next time I’m in town.
