Truck got us to point A to point B. It had some issues with it, though. First is that the wipers were outdated, and we thank God it didn't flood rain like it was saying it was going to. We would have had a hard time seeing thru the windshield. Second was that we couldn't accelerate over 70 miles or the truck had a bad shake. Third was that the rear view camera didn't work. I drive a sedan every day and use my back camera every time. For me to be driving a bigger vehicle, I would have felt more safe backing out. I had to reverse and drive forward a lot. Last but not least, we got stopped because our paper plate that was placed on by Turo was expired before my drop-off date and was stopped and questioned about it. I also didn't know how to provide him the insurance I purchased for the rental, i just showed all the info on my phone, and then we were released. Turo is simple and easy to book. The host was also so nice but made me feel rushed with the text I received from them all day. I think the drop-off appointment should be organized a little better. We shouldn't have to be bothered while on vacay. I placed a 10pm appt time to drop off and dropped it off at 9:07pm. I tried to contact the host, but no one answered me, so I had the customer service call them. This was my first time using Turo, and I was so confused about things work. Other than all that, I had a great vacation.
