Guidelines
This is an electric vehicle do not allow it to get below 20% charge. If the vehicle gets below 10% at any time during your rental you could incur fees. Please do not off road the vehicle in water or rough terrain. Raising and lowering the suspension multiple times will heat up the air compressor. If the air compressor becomes over heated you will receive an alert. NO need to panic just stay at the height you are in and allow it to cool down before utilizing the air suspension again ensure the alert goes away. NO SMOKING ALLOWED fees will be incurred if we find any signs or smell of smoke.

How do I charge an electric vehicle?
Drive up to any near by Tesla supercharger by hitting the bolt symbol on the navigation. Once arrived back into your spot and be sure to get as close as possible. Then hold the button on the charger while pointing at the charge port of the vehicle. The charge port will automatically open and you can continue holding the button while inserting the charger into the charge port. One the light turns green you are charging! Once charging is complete be sure to remove the vehicle from the charger to avoid idle fees. Hold the button on the charger until the light turns white and remove the charger from the charge port.
How do I know when to charge the vehicle?
Charging electric vehicles are extremely easy and SWFL has plenty of chargers available. The vehicle will indicate once charge is getting to low or if you will need to stop during your trip to charge. Once vehicle gets to 30% you will want to begin heading to a supercharger or thinking about where you will charge near your plans. Do not let the vehicle get below 20% ever. If the vehicle drops below 10% or even hits 0% this could damage the low and high voltage battery and could result in very expensive repair that you will be responsible for.
How do I charge a Tesla at a non Tesla supercharger?
An adapter will be provided on every rental and stored in the glove box. If utilizing a non Tesla charger utilize the adapter to place on the charger and then insert the adapter and charger into the charger port of the Tesla. Every non Tesla charger is different we recommend if possible to utilize Tesla chargers however you are more than welcome to charge anywhere you need or feel comfortable!

We had a blast! I surprised my 8 year old with a day trip to LegoLand and he loved it. It was fun to drive and felt really safe. They were so helpful with the drop off and showing me how to drive the truck. Would definitely do it again.

SO COOL! Cyber Connect made pick up super simple by communicating. Jon was very friendly and knowledgeable when giving us the “orientation”. Celebrating my husband’s birthday with a day in the Cybertruck was priceless! I just wish we could’ve kept it longer to explore all the amazing features! I have to say, I did not think I would love it this much!
