Late car delivery with the almost empty gas tank
Thank you so much for renting with us! I truly apologize for the slight delay — there was a major highway accident that caused a long traffic standstill, and I couldn’t safely exit in time to fill up the tank. Punctuality is one of our top priorities, and this was an unusual situation out of our control. We always strive to provide an excellent and timely experience. We really appreciate your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again and make it up to you!
