This was my first Turo experience as a customer. The overall experience from search, booking and the ride experience was great. Kamal's car was very neat and in good condition. Good space and a perfect car for a larger family (5-7). Kamal as a host was very friendly and professional and we would love to work with him again !

Cory was super responsive and accommodating. The check in/out process was super smooth. The car was clean and didn’t have a chemical smell from cleaning products (which I have encountered on more than one occasion from previous cars I have rented). Overall a great experience and would more than likely rent from him again in the future!

Great SUV very luxurious with front heated and cooled seats and rear heated seats. The ride was comfortable with lots of options and lots of power. The mileage was better than I thought it would be. The Owner Bret was very communicative and kept me in the loop even when previous renter damaged GPS giving me option to cancel my rental. When I asked to extend my time 4 hours Turo charged me a full day (which I was fine with) but Bret took the time to see if he could change the amount when he couldn’t, even without me requesting he sent me Venmo amount to a fair extension price back to me. He is a standup host with a vehicle that is clean and very well maintained and new tires. He made the check in and process very simple and returned messages quickly. I would highly recommend renting from him.

Sunil was such a great lender! He was attentive, informative, and made everything seamless! We borrowed the truck for a volleyball tournament in Reno and felt much safer driving through the pass after a snow storm (we even stopped to play in the snow!) The truck drove smoothly and he made sure it was in tip top shape before lending. We had an excellent trip and will definitely think of borrowing from Sunil again! Thank you so much!!

Crispina was a lovely kind person her vehicle was nice and clean ran great didn't have any problems my wife was talking about how much she likes this car and how nice it is and how much she wants to buy one now lol it had alot of space for are babys car seat and stroller and all of are things as well I really like the different drive modes it had because it was snowing where we was and with that I had no worries driving this is a excellent vehicle will rent again

The car was in perfect shape and well stocked with covid cleaning supplies. Morgan even let the chains in the car in case I needed them in Tahoe (which, luckily, I didn’t because it’s AWD!). Overall great experience. I recommend Morgan (and his car) without reservation.

Comfortable SUV for a quick trip

Alma's pilot was perfect for our Tahoe trip. The large back area easily fit our ski's and luggage. The AWD capability is nice as you don't need chains in moderate snow. The vehicle was very comfortable for our 4 hour trip and has good visibility. Would certainly rent it again.

My family, friends and I were lent this vehicle for a weekend in Tahoe. When we first got the vehicle, we immediately noticed how clean and nice smelling it was. It smelled like a new car scent. The entire trip was smooth. Alma is very efficient at communicating and is happy to answer any questions you have.

I got this car for a trip to Tahoe. Gaurav was friendly and approachable. He addressed a few minor issues with the booking very quickly and made sure we had a good trip overall.

Fantastic! Morgan was super helpful, quick to respond and included an air pump, chains and roadside emergency kit for our trip to Mammoth Lakes. We were very appreciative of her thoughtfulness to include them. Easy pick up/drop off. Car was clean and well maintained. We were glad to have AWD for the icy roads and the hybrid saved us a ton in gas. Was surprised how much we could fit in the trunk (3 suitcases, hockey bag, backpacks) Great car!

This was a great ride, especially for the price! Drove around in Northern California for the week and the room of the suv was definitely nice. Corey made check in and check out as easy as it gets and was very responsive to messages.

This was my first time using Turo and Erin’s Subaru was perfect for our drive down to Joshua Tree! Erin was so patient with answering all my questions about Turo and the car. The Outback was easy to drive and comfortable for our party of two humans and one dog. Drop off/pick up was easy and Erin kindly let us leave our car in the Outback’s parking spot. Erin’s a dog-friendly host and her car is conveniently located near 580. If going on another road trip, I’d consider renting her car before using any other rental service.

Mr Vaidya, was a great host and made the pick up and drop off very easy and quick. The car was clean and ready to go which was convenient. I would highly recommend him and look forward to renting with him again soon. Damon

Great vehicle for the whole family to tag along…. We enjoyed every minute of it … only down fall keep in mind there won’t be a lot of space in the back for luggage… but other than that it was great 😊

Robert has a great car. It was very comfortable, spacious and rode smoothly for our road trip. We only had 4 people, but the car can fit up to 8 and has plenty of room for luggage. The car has some awesome features and amenities such as sun roof, sensors, heated seats, aux/Bluetooth and air controls in passenger and driver areas. We will rent again for future family trips. Erin’s car was great, well prepared for my trip to Soda Springs where 100” snow fell right before our trip. Winter tires, snow chains, shovel, snow pole, etc. She was also great in communication- we had to extend our trip due to I-80 was closed, which needed a bit of extra planning. Bottom line I’d love to rent her car again!
