Faqs
Are you flexible with flight delays?
Yes, if you are delayed because of any flight issues, we will be happy to accommodate you for up to 3 hours at no charge. You will need to contact us prior to flight departure and also once your flight arrives at (518) 207-5890
How are tolls handled?
All vehicles are equipped with Toll Transponders. All charges for accumulated tolls are charged through Turo at the end of the rental along with a $4.99 service fee.
Do you permit e-cigarettes, smoking, or vaping in your vehicles?
Unfortunately, we do not permit ANY smoking of any kind in this vehicle. Renter is subject to a $500 fee if there is any evidence of smoking.
Delivery and Drop Off?
Delivery is available to Denver International Airport and will be delivered to the Curb of your terminal airline arrival area. Delivery is available up a 50-mile radius for a $75 delivery charge by request.

The Tacoma we originally rented wasn't available last minute, but Connor was able to find us a great 4Runner to use instead. It was clean and drove great. Perfect for driving in the mountains. Easy pickup and drop off. Quick communication. Would definitely rent from Connor again !
