Truck was great! Price was good! I had a little trouble understanding pickup and drop off instructions, messages were sent to me but the Turo app gave other options. So I unintentionally dropped off the truck at the wrong location. Overall it was a good trip and a very nice truck.
I didn’t like how I couldn’t call anyone, I could only send messages through app or phone and wait almost an hour for a response. If they could take calls or respond to text quickly it would mitigate issues.

Truck was great for what I needed. Unfortunately got pulled over and had no proof of insurance or registration for the vehicle, but Sebastian was quick to respond. Instructions were good for pick up of vehicle. Thank you!
