The truck was great. There is a slight pull to the right when driving but the trip was overall enjoyable.

Originally booked a Honda ridge and 3 hours before he said it's in shop for repair but had a Tacoma an inferior vehicle it was dirty smell bad and only a 2 passenger even though he had another Tacoma which was 4 passenger

We have been trying to accommodate you every step of the way, giving you the options to choose while the Ridgeline is being taken care of at the dealership which should have been ready before your trip to give us a 2 star rating is like saying this is the worst experience you’ve ever had. Then when the dealership said it would take another day we put you in a four door Tacoma and had you swapped. It would be nice to communicate with the host before indirectly taking away their livelihood. 🙏
