Ray was an AMAZING HOST! The Jeep was clean and full of gas when I picked it up from the airport. He made sure that I was able to get out of the airport and even gave me a quick tutorial about the Gladiator!

My initial pick up was fine, like finding the location. However once I picked up there was a crack in the windshield. I had already paid and booked so I carried on with my trip. The gas was not full upon pick up. Again I made due.
While enjoying my trip is came to an abrupt end, so I modified my trip to bring the car back the day before it was due. Turo allows this to happen, host has to accept the modifications.
He did not.!
Even though I didn’t indeed drop the car off.
With a FULL tank.
He stated that he didn’t get to see because he was busy then I stated the message shows seen when I reached out to get things settled. Then responds “we do not allow last minute cancellations.” It’s a “modification” not a “cancellation”. But go off. He initially lied. My experience could’ve been better had the host carried proper principles.

The Jeep was great to drive for the time I had it pick up and drop off was super easy
