The communication was good, but there were some issues with the car
1-the inside smelled like covered up marijuana smoke
2-the car was left in the parking garage at the airport without a receipt to get out. Had to go through the hassle of what to do. Only cost $6 but the ad noted free pickup and drop off at the airport
3-in the center console there was a small container filled with unidentified yellow pills.
4- in the glovebox there was a 3 inch straw that is typical used for drugs
5- the car was picked up with roughly 3/4 tank not full. I returned it full.
6- while on the trip the windshield cracked when the defrost was turned on, it was from nothing I did. I am fighting now to not pay the damage I was billed for.
