THE BEST OF A BAD SITUATION... During this rental, the vehicle was vandalized overnight at my hotel. This was completely out of Bradley's control, but I appreciated how responsive he was to the circumstances. He answered my texts and calls immediately and was quick to provide any information needed by my insurance company for the claim.

Have wanted to rent a gladiator to see about buying one, so this was the perfect opportunity. Bradley was attentive to my questions and was quick to help with any issues. It was great to have the truck as an extended test drive with city and highway driving over some good and michigan road bumpy ones, too. Mix in some rain and also sunshine for evaluating, too. It was definitely worth it to try. I appreciate Bradley's patience and follow-up on helping to sort out questions and features. We enjoyed our trip.
