It is a safety feature and reviewed in cases of emergencies. OFF-ROAD POLICY: There is absolutely no off-roading allowed in this vehicle. NO SMOKING POLICY: Please refrain from smoking/vaping in the car. Any smell of smoke will incur additional cleaning fees. CHARGING: The truck must be returned with the same charge level you received it with to avoids fees PRE-TRIP INSPECTION: To ensure your safety and satisfaction, we conduct a comprehensive pre-trip inspection before each rental. We confirm that all mechanical systems are in good condition and the car is clean and ready for your use. RETURN POLICY: The car should be returned in the same condition it was rented. Any damage or extra cleaning required will incur additional fees. No out of Illinois travel unless approved by us!

Worth the splurge! Would rent again from RJ . The owner made this trip extremely convenient and easy for our family. We were traveling to Chicago on vacation and had the vehicle delivered to our hotel, then returned it to the airport. His response time via phone and text was immediate if we called with a question. The truck was a blast and accelerates like a rollercoaster. Our family has no regrets, thank you for helping us build memories RJ !
