It will be contactless self check-in which means that 2 pictures should be added to trip photos (found on the details page of the app) of the primary guest at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check in time and a 3rd picture at check in. The first 2 pictures are one of the primary guest’s driver’s license and one of the guest holding up their driver’s license. I will upload pictures of the vehicle before the scheduled check in and once the primary guest arrives at the vehicle, they should take a picture of themselves holding up their driver’s license while standing beside the license plate of the vehicle. I also encourage adding your own pictures of the vehicle. Please review the guest care guidelines at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. Let me know if you have any questions. No Smoking permitted! It's way to difficult to remove any type of smoke smell, plus there's a $250 fee. Sprays and incense do not remove the smell they just alert us that the smell may be covered for a few hours. Thr truck should be returned at least as clean as and with at least as much gas as was in it when it was picked up.
