The vehicle was in really great shape, and instructions were clear and easy. We work super happy to have a hybrid, as we had to make some longer distance trips and it saved a ton on gas. The car was immaculate inside as well. No trace of smoke, which isn't always the case. Adeolu was the consummate host. His communication was always responsive and kind. We had a bunch of small personal hiccups that probably made us less than ideal renters for a lot of hosts (lots of questions for him), but he was patient and extremely flexible. He was even willing to drop us off at the metro if we'd needed it. I would definitely recommend renting from Adeolu!

Imaginary Players LLC Was professional and top-notch from the beginning to the end of my rental process. For example when I needed to upload documents and did not understand the process Imaginary players was patient with me. They kindly walked me through the process. The car was exactly as described on the app. The car was very clean, and very reliable. Imaginary players was very responsive and prompt whenever I communicated with them. Due to a family emergency I had to end my trip early and Imaginary players LLC approved my early return without any issues. Thank you again for your professionalism and we will be using you again.
