To ensure every customer enjoys a premium experience, I kindly request the following for your rental: • Please refrain from smoking inside the vehicle. • Pets are not allowed in the car. • Return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Alternatively, you can choose our pre-paid fuel option under extras if you prefer to return it empty. • The car should be returned clean enough to verify there's no damage. Normal dirt and bugs are okay, but please wash the car if it's heavily soiled with mud. • If you need to extend your rental period, let us know and I'll do my best to accommodate you. I also appreciate punctual returns. Open communication is crucial. For any questions, issues, or concerns during your trip, please contact me promptly. I'm here to assist you!

Can I tow a hitch?
No, unfortunately, that is not allowed in the Turo TOS
Do I need to wash the car upon return?
Probably not. Upon return, please ensure the car is clean enough to allow for a clear inspection of any potential damage. Normal dirt and bugs are acceptable, so there's no need for a wash unless the vehicle is excessively muddy.
Do you have an AirTag in the vehicle?
Yes. The keychain includes an AirTag to assist in locating it if misplaced. Additionally, the vehicle is outfitted with OnStar's remote location services. Rest assured, I do not monitor your location unless there is a specific reason to do so.
Do you have car seats available for rent?
Yes. Simply visit the extras section and select a child safety or booster seat. I have car seats, booster seats, and strollers available.

Everything was great and Marc was vey professional. Communicating with him regarding extending was very easy and breeze. I had a issue where I dropped the keys at and didn’t know exactly where and he sent me the location and was patient with me.
