• Do you provide addition support other than Turo support?

  You can request a tutorial on Tesla features from one of our EV Experts. Kindly inquire in advance so we could ensure a team member is available at the meet during your pickup. Alternatively, we can arrange a tutorial via FaceTime or Zoom to guide you through the distinctive technology advancement on a Tesla!

• How do you Change a Delivery or Pickup Location?

  For deliveries, address change request can be made up to 4 hours before the reservation's start. If you need to change the delivery location or the pickup/delivery time with less than 3 hours' notice, a "Last Minute Change Request" of $50 will be billed through Turo Invoice. This fee is to ensure we minimize short change notices and provides a great delivery experience to our Turo guests.

• Is smoking permitted inside the vehicle?

  Turo’s no smoking policy covers the use of, but isn’t limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Turo prohibits smoking in any vehicle listed on the platform — even if there’s a suggestion that the host or a previous guest may have done so. Hosts must provide guests with a smoke-free vehicle. Turo has a No smoking policy that permits hosts to report physical evidence of smoking. If there’s clear evidence that you or your passengers smoked in a car, we’ll charge a $150 smoking violation fee plus a 3% processing fee, and it may result in your account being deactivated by Turo. Hosts may report a policy violation and charge a violation fee plus a 3% processing fee if they submit a photo or other evidence that documents any of the following issues: Please search "No smoking policy" through the Turo website for more detailed information.

• What do you need to do before the start of your Turo reservation?

  Guideline # 1 Please provide either a copy of your Driver’s License or a selfie where you hold your ID next to your face, ensuring the ID details are clear for verification before taking possession of the vehicle. If meeting a team member in person, this can also be done at the meet. Simply upload this to your pre-trip photos would do. Guideline # 2 If you chose to be opted out of Turo insurance coverage, please submit a copy of your insurance coverage summary or proof of credit card rental coverage. If you have Turo insurance coverage, then this step could be dismissed.

• What if I was involved in a accident while renting the vehicle?

  In the event of an accident, remain calm and prioritize safety. Ensuring the well-being of everyone on board is paramount. We understand the situation may be challenging / distressing, so use your best judgment to prioritize safety for all passengers. Once safety is confirmed, promptly reach out by calling or messaging through the Turo App. We will guide you through the accident reporting process with Turo immediately.

• How do I pay for tolls or EV charging during my trip?

  You’re responsible for returning the vehicle with the same amount of charge it had when you picked it up. If you don’t, your host can request reimbursement from you. According to the Turo guidelines, we will invoice our guest based on the following: 0%–20% charge = $50* 21%–50% charge = $20* 51%–80% charge = $10 Above 80% = Not eligible for reimbursement We strongly encourage our guest to select the Prepaid EV recharge option at $30/trip to avoid additional charges.

• Are Pets allowed?

  ABSOLUTELY a heartfelt welcome to our four-legged friends! We're absolutely delighted and honored to host dogs/cats in your journey, and we're positively overjoyed when you opt for our optional Pet Fees. For the comfort of every passenger, we ask that our canine pals enjoy the journey from the safety of their pet harnesses, pet beds, or complete with a snug towel or barrier to ensure a worry-free ride without any potential trip or fall incidents. To keep the pet-friendly magic alive, we will request our guests to be extra thoughtful and return the vehicle in clean condition, free from any playful pet hairs is much appreciated! Your effort in maintaining our vehicle will prevent Turo-imposed cleaning/detailing fee. And for our guests with service animals accompanying them on their grand adventures~ Fear not!!! Dear friends! Your esteemed companions will travel with you at NO additional cost. Simply upload a photo of the dog with the service animal documentation through the Turo Pre-trip inspection would do.
