Can I extend my trip?
Yes, you can request an extension through the Turo app or website, provided the car is available for additional dates.
How do I charge the car?
You can navigate to the nearest Tesla Supercharger and plug the car in. At the end of your trip, you will receive an invoice with your total charging fees.
What if I get a ticket or toll charge?
You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, or fines incurred during your rental period. Please inform us of any incidents. (If you don't inform us immediately there might be additional charges). At the end of your trip, you will receive an invoice with your total toll / ticket fees.
Where can I find the car registration and documents?
It is located in the glove compartment.
How much charge is necessary for drop-off?
It needs to be returned at least with the same level of charge as when it was picked up.
What’s the battery capacity or range of the car?
It has a capacity of 340 miles per full charge
Is smoking allowed in the car?
No, smoking is not allowed in the car. A cleaning fee / smoking fine violation will be charged if smoking is detected.
