John was wonderful, he was extremely prompt with the vehicle drop off. He also was very kind when we needed to extend our use of the vehicle for a few more days. He was gracious enough to alert me that the tire was low on one wheel before I had even gotten in the car that day. We will definitely choose to rent from John in the future.
