• Can I rent this vehicle for a one-way trip?

  All cars that ACM Rentals lists on Turo must be returned to the designated drop-off location before the trip ends. You will receive a reimbursement invoice for an improper return fee if you cannot do this. Turo determines this amount.

• Can I take the vehicle out of State?

  ACM Rentals allows long-distance return trips outside of Georgia. You can drive a vehicle booked on Turo across the US-Canadian border but can’t cross the US-Mexico border. You are responsible for returning the car to the designated drop-off location before your trip ends.

• Can I rent your car long-term?

  Of course, if you need the car for more than seven (60) days, please message me so I can offer you the best discount and daily rate for your trip.

• Can I bring my pet or animal?

  We love pets. However, the vehicles ACM Rentals lists on Turo are not pet/animal friendly. We encourage Guests with service and emotional support animals to book vehicles labeled “pet friendly." If you transport an animal in this vehicle without prior approval, you will receive a reimbursement invoice for a cleaning violation fee of $150 and a 3% processing fee that Turo charges.

• Can I smoke or vape in the car?

  All vehicles on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits Hosts, Guests, and Passengers from smoking tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers in any vehicle. You will receive a reimbursement invoice for a smoking violation fee of $250 and a 3% processing fee that Turo charges.

• How does the PeachPass work?

  ACM Rentals has provided a PeachPass for this vehicle. The PeachPass is a window sticker located under the review mirror. You can use the PeachPass where PeachPass lanes are available. Please do not cross over double lines, as freeway cameras will capture the license plate and mail a traffic violation. You will receive a reimbursement invoice for any tolls, fines, fees, or violations incurred up to 180 days after your trip ends.

• What is Georgia’s Hands-Free Law?

  Georgia’s Hands-Free Law went into effect on July 01, 2018. To learn more about this law, please visit https://www.gahighwaysafety.org/hands-free-law/ for more information. Please bring your USB-compatible cord to connect your phone to Apple CarPlay or Andriod Auto for a hands-free experience.

• What if I forget to refuel?

  ACM Rentals will deliver the vehicle with a full tank of gas. You are responsible for refilling the gas to the same level it was at check-in per Turo's policy. Suppose you cannot do this; you will receive a reimbursement invoice for refilling the vehicle plus a $10 convenience fee that Turo charges.

• What are some prohibited uses for the vehicle?

  Turo has deemed the following as prohibited for all of their vehicles: moving, towing or pushing anything, “off roading” on undeveloped or unimproved roads, racing, testing, or competing, excessive speeding, reckless driving or disregard for safety, carrying persons or property "for hire" or to carrying persons or property for compensation or a fee, using the vehicle without a reservation or using the vehicle outside your trip time, using the vehicle during or as part of the commission of a crime or any other illegal activity or purpose, driving under the influence, loading the vehicle beyond its rated capacity or with more passengers than the vehicle has seat belts, driving without a valid drivers license, transporting any flammable, toxic, volatile, poisonous, dangerous, or illegal substances, transporting a pet in a vehicle that hasn’t been labeled as “pet friendly” without the Host’s explicit consent, making any unapproved alterations, additions, or improvements to any vehicle, smoking in the car, fueling a vehicle with an improper type of fuel, leaving the vehicle unattended while it is running or with the keys in the vehicle, and making fraudulent reports about the vehicle or the Host. You may, however, use the car for business purposes, such as attending meetings and carrying associated materials.

• Can I remove the doors or panels of the vehicle?

  You can not remove the doors or the panels of any vehicle listed on Turo without the Host’s explicit consent. You may, however, use the sunroof or moonroof and open the soft top of any of our vehicles listed on Turo where applicable.
