Due to pandemic, Dodge’s dealership delayed returning truck on time after periodic maintenance. Unfortunately truck’s return was delayed by 3 hours and so we cancelled it 5 hours in advance before the start of the trip.

The parking lot is very confused (several parking lots are the same number） and it took me 29 minutes to find the car and park the big truck in a small tiny parking lot. After I paid extra cash when returning the car, the host was kept brothering clients.

Darien has still not returned my truck’s tonneau cover (worth $1400) and that’s what I am contacting him again and again to return it. I have contacted him several times but he is not responding to my messages. Extremely rude and unethical behaviour adapted by Darien. I have initiated claim with Turo against his dishonesty and tactics he is using to avoid me.

Mohammad is a cool guy. Very professional and quick with the turn around. His underground parking for your personal car is a lifesaver until you drop off the rental.
