Description
I call this vehicle , ( The Heavy Duty Shopping) . Whetehr you need to for a short trip or a long trio and you want to haul a BBQ , Sand Bags , big Purchase , a Mattress, any land Scapping supplies. This will be your GO TO Vehicle.. This is a half tonne Ford f150 Regulr Crew ( 2 Rows ) . with Open Bed, not coevred. It will handle any External Abuse that you out into it. Easy. The Truk has a liner Bed to for protection of any scractches oif your materials. The truck drives smooth and handle the road very nicely. There is absolute no smoking in the vehicle . If you have any extra straps or hauling materials , let me know.

We have been using Turo previously for other trips and we always had a great time until encountering Amhed listing! The vehicle itself looked appropriate for our needs since we were 6 people travelling with luggage; however the 6th seat was broken and we had to fix it with duck tape under his suggestion! 1 hour before the pickup time he decided to change the address placing us in a really difficult position, but we had to agree due to the immediate need of the car! He was not there at the moment of keys exchange, but delegated the job to someone else inside a random store! The tire pressure was not okay, we let him know right away and he informed that was a sensor issue, but from the tires you could notice it was an ACTUAL issue ( not related to sensors )! In conclusion, at the moment of drop off he was not present and missed over 20 phone calls from us and from Turo customer support and we ended up waiting 40 minutes and under the direction of Turo we had to drive the vehicle through another location and lock the keys inside. This brought us farther away from our Airbnb and we had to pay an high Uber fee... Turo says they will refund us...let's see. Really disappointed! And on top of all of this he was really sketchy at the beginning trying to make us cancel the trip through Turo in order to deal privately with us... super happy I was smart enough not to do that.

Clean vehicles, followed by a good host. I would rent again for sure.
