The car broke down on me and wouldn’t start when I got to my destination so I got stranded and the car had to get towed, but it did get me to my destination safely💯

Stephanie was pretty easy to work and communicate with. The car was what I expected it to be driving wise. I booked last minute with her and she accommodated me by being able to pick the car up early. It had just been returned by a previous customer who did not clean the car at all. Through the issue we were able to work together a resolution that worked out for the both of us and it was handled professionally. I don’t mind booking with her again
