🔋 REMOTE ACCESS/KEYS – This car is delivered with remote drop-off and pick-up. We will leave the key card in the car and you can message when you are near the car. Then we will remotely unlock it for you and provide the PIN. We can also text you the key if you have the Tesla app in your smartphone. ⚡️ CHARGING – This car can use Superchargers. Any Supercharger costs will be billed to you at the conclusion of the trip. Make sure to avoid idle fees at the supercharger. Once the car reaches the set charge level it needs to be unplugged or additional charges of $1 per minute will be charged by Tesla. Recharging fee based on battery level difference plus a $10 convenience fee, on-trip supercharging fees, a low battery level fee, congestion fees, and idle fees 🚭 SMOKING/VAPING: This is a brand-new car and we want as many people to get that new-car smell as possible. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in this vehicle. A cleaning fee of $250 will be applied if there is physical evidence or smell of smoking. KEYCARD: Loss of a Tesla Key card is $100 J1772 Charger Adapter is provided. Loss of it is $75 AIRPORT PICK UP: Guest is responsible to pay airport parking upon pick up, we will pay when the vehicle is returned. Airports are getting stricter and only let us use parking decks to give cars over to guests.
