Great vehicle and worked well for us. I took a star off because of the mileage and overage policy was the worst we have ever had. I knew it when I booked but really think about it as we've never ran into it before.

I’m not sure how you can be upset and you clearly say you knew the policy before you booked. You put over 1000 miles on this trip..
You should look for a company that gives additional mileage or unlimited miles if that was the only issue you have.
You brought the car back extremely dirty and you didn’t even clean it when you returned jt .
We didn’t make an issue and we still gave you five star

Great experience renting from Pristine Exotics. The Jeep was delivered on time, it was clean, and performed well. Customer service was top notch and questions were answered in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this company and will rent from them whenever I visit Charlotte.
