1. **Keep It Clean:** We understand that trips can get messy, but please be mindful of leaving excessive dirt, spills, or trash behind. Excessive messes will incur a cleaning fee. 2. **Pet Policy:** Pets are welcome! However, we ask that you clean up any pet hair before returning the vehicle. This helps ensure a pleasant experience for the next renter. Excessive pet hair or damage may also result in a cleaning fee. 3. **Return Condition:** Please return the Suburban in the same condition as when you picked it up, with all personal belongings removed. 4. **No Smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found. 5. **Fuel:** Please refill the gas tank to the level it was at the start of your trip. Alternatively, you can opt for the add-on service to have the tank refueled for you at the end of your trip. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
