Here’s a set of instructions you could use for a guest accessing your vehicle through a lockbox: Instructions for Accessing the Vehicle 1. Locate the Lockbox: The lockbox is attached to [the driver’s side door handle/another secure location on the vehicle]. Look for a small, secure box attached with a combination lock. 2. Enter the Code: Enter the code [XXXX]. Be sure to press each button firmly. Once you’ve entered the code, pull the latch to open the lockbox. (If you haven’t received the code or need help, please contact me directly.) code will be provided the day the trip starts 3. Retrieve the Key: Inside the lockbox, you’ll find the car key. Remove the key and close the lockbox, making sure it is securely locked. 4. Lockbox Return: Please place the key back in the lockbox at the end of your trip. Make sure to securely close and lock the box after returning the key. 5. Starting Your Trip: You’re all set! Start the vehicle and enjoy your journey.
