The car was only charged at 50% when I picked it up. The video states it would be charged between 75-80%.

Actually, It can be charged at any level, you would only have to bring it back at that same charge. I try to leave it with more but depending on how short notice it was booked and the trip prior ended sometimes i am not able to charge it fully in time. I apologize for that inconvenience..

Great experience all around. The Tesla was clean and in great shape. Host were quick to answer any questions. Pick up and drop off was contactless and very easy. I’ll definitely rent again when back in Orlando.
