Host was great. The original car I picked had an issue after pickup, but the host met me an hour away from the airport to bring me another car. If I'm ever in the area again I will go though him

Very smooth. We will definitely rent this car again as we make trips to ict regularly. The carseat option is a huge plus and offered at a great rate. There was a glitch of some sort with our account and they helped us through it. Huge thanks!
