The host was reachable and responded in a timely manner.
I wasn’t comfortable with the lock box and wheel safety stick which was frustrating for me to use it. The car drove well .
I probably wouldn’t use this option again for my future travels because of above concerns . ( grandma ) Thank you for understanding and your time

Host is a pleasure. Straight forward process and pick up was an ease. However the car was not very cleanly and a hole in the driver side floor made it uncomfortable to drive.
