You can enjoy several different driving modes to suit your mood, from comfort mode all the way to sport! Great car for all your needs from date night to business trips. This car has less than 5k miles! • Completely disinfected prior to your trip • Instant booking available ⚡️⏰ ** RE-FUELING ** 93 premium Gas Only Please! Please leave receipts in the glovebox . Don't have time to re-fuel the vehicle when you return it? No problem, I'll take care of it. It will be a $10 charge plus the fuel. ** CLEANING ** The car must be returned in the same condition as it was received clean and vacuumed on the inside. Car is delivered to you detail cleaned, please ensure cars are returned in same clean condition and ready for the next guest. We also have to perform disinfection before the next trip. This fee does not cover spills or stains or any cleaning that will require more than basic hand wash and vacuum. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be a cleaning charge of $150. ** TICKETS ** Please be aware that guests are responsible for all the traffic violation tickets associated with their trip. This includes airport parking tickets during the contactless pick up/drop off procedures. ** JUST A FEW CONDITIONS ** (1) Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything), this includes marijuana. If the vehicle smells of any kind of smoke or marijuana, you will be fully responsible for all costs associated with having the vehicle decontaminated ($250+). (2) NO PETS PREFERRED! If you are traveling with a pet, I just ask that you keep the vehicle clean and free of all pet hair etc. I ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional cleaning fees. (3) If you need any additional time during your rental please send me a message as there will be an hourly charge for the added time. You may also extend your rental prior to end time for a much better rate. (4) No Burnouts, No Racing - Tire depth measured & documented before each trip. ***PLEASE NOTE TURO IS A CAR SHARING COMMUNITY*** In other words, please treat the vehicle as if it was your own. We treat and take care of all of our vehicles the best as we can and would appreciate if you do so too. We work from 10 am to 9 pm , but if you need to pick up the car earlier from airport you can ask me for that. Thank you

Shade was super responsive & easy to work with. I had a few questions as the app gave me a different address for pickup/dropoff. He replied in a timely manner + was super polite and courteous. The car was in awesome condition and I will absolutely be using his services again in the future.

Great car, smooth ride. Disappointed by poor communication and customer service from host. Found miscellaneous items in car and it reeked of axe body spray when I picked it up.
