I asked that only a Valid US Driver's license be required prior to check-in. * If you take off either the freedom top and hardcover, Please put them back to avoid any weather damage and extra fees. By booking your trip you are agreeing to these closures and penalties. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in regards... ** PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LOCK ALL 8 L shape lock bolts (“Righty-Tighty and Lefty-Losey”) on the front hardtop, and for the back hardtop please make sure ALL 6 bilateral screw heads are secured back into their place to avoid the hardtop to fly away or any accidents, or missing pieces (PLEASE RETURN THE DRILL TO THE BACKBOX). •Any tickets or violations that occur during a booked trip are the guest's responsibility. •I ask that you do not leave Any trash in the Jeep. The vehicle gets vacuumed, washed, and disinfect before each trip so it will be immaculate for you! * In the rare exception that excessive cleaning is needed per the Turo Cleaning Guidelines, hosts will be able to charge a $150 violation fee for abusive and excessive cleaning issues. •Please no smoking, vaping, drug use, or pets of any kind, as a family with children may use the vehicle, if such rule is violated per Turo's guidelines a fee of $200 will be charged for any of these violations and you may face removal from Turo per documented Turo guidelines. • I am available 24/7 by phone or text for any questions or concerns. • If you are picking up the Jeep, please send me a message 1 hour before arrival, Keys will be left inside the lockbox, and the passcode will be provided upon the guest’s arrival to retrieve the key

How to partially or entirely remove the top? Please watch this Youtube tutorial for further reference:
To remove the FRONT freedom top, look up towards the ceiling at the 6 hatch locks on the roof, turn Left to unlock, make sure the hatch locks are completely turned LEFT ( lefty loosely), then look towards the ceiling lights and you will see two (2) black plastic bolts, turn Left and it will unscrew, this will release the freedom top, LEFT side comes out first and then the RIGHT side. Repeat the same process when putting the freedom top back on. This time the RIGHT side goes on first and then the LEFT side to ensure a proper seal. Please watch this Youtube tutorial for further reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jaM8BjKa2bM&authuser=0 To remove the back top, remove the front first, go to the trunk unscrew the (6) knot bolts that attach the hood of the jeep to the trunk, and proceed to the outer part of where the ceiling lights are and you will see (2) screw bolts, proceed to unscrew these as well and back top should release. at this time ensure that all components are put in safe. Our rental for a family visit went smoothly. Access to the vehicle in shorterm parking made the pickup and drop off better than any rental we've had. Response from Reyna was immediate and thorough. The vehicle was clean and obviously well maintained. We'll look forward to renting through her again.

With a shortage of cars in Boston area and crazy prices at those that did have cars, i had a friend suggest this app. So glad he did. And thankful for Reyna!!! She made my first process painless!! This was a last minute unplanned trip up for a funeral and she made this trip so much easier for us. I appreciate it greatly! We rented the jeep and it rode smoothly.
