With a roomy interior, the Tiguan offers the option to have a third row allowing the car to expand from 5 seats to 7 seats effortlessly. It offers multiple features such as AppleCarPlay, AndroidAuto, Bluetooth, Heated Seats, and more. The Tiguan’s safety and driver assistance features include cruise control, front assist, side assist, a rear view camera, electric parking brake, and tire pressure monitoring. -It is very economical with 415 mi. per full tank of gas. MUST return with full tank of gas. -The car comes with a USB-C/USB adapter for iPhone charging. -$65 fee for drop off and return NEAR the airport area -Parking fees may apply at pickup/drop off locations and will be the responsibility of the guest.

Guidelines
Smoking/Vaping, Alcohol consumption or usage, or pets are not permitted in this vehicle. $150 fee will be applied if there is any evidence of smoking, vaping, alcohol usage or consumption, or pets detected upon return. Car is sanitized and cleaned before every trip. It will also come with a full tank of gas, please return it the same condition. If the car is returned with excessive sand, rubbish, stains (includes sunscreen on the seats) or spills, we will charge up to a $150. To avoid fees, keep the car clean or have it cleaned before returning. Off-roading is NOT allowed. If a flat tire is incurred during the trip, DO NOT use Fix-a-flat Tire Spray. If Spray is used, guest will be charged for a new tire. Instead, please take the car to the nearest auto body shop for repair.

If I chose the airport delivery location, where do I pick up and drop off the car?
I will drop of the car NEAR the airport at this location: 3299 North Nimitz Hwy Honolulu, HI 96819. You will also return the car to the same location. -15 minute walk from the airport -5 minute drive with an Uber NOTE: It is ILLEGAL for Turo cars to be parked at airport parking lot.
How do I get the Hilton parking pass? How does it work?
To receive the parking pass, go to Extras and click on Unlimited Mileage. This will add it to your reservation. NOTE: You must order this 2 days in advance before your trip starts. The parking pass is only useful for those STAYING at Hilton Hawaiian Village. Note: Delivery to Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort Hotels does not automatically include the parking pass.

The Tiguan was much bigger than I thought and easily fit our family of four - and all of our many things - including two strollers. Communication was super clear and prompt and drop off and pickup were a breeze. Would definitely recommend!!
