*IMPORTANT* 1. Secure the magnetic box in the middle console. (For contactless vehicle pick up.) 2. Excessive sand, mud, dirt, residue, stains, soils, mildew, pet hair, smoke/vape smells etc. left in the vehicle when returned may be subject to cleaning fees, regardless if the cleaning service has been included with your reservation. The cleaning service ONLY includes light vacuuming, wiping down and disinfecting all interior surfaces, and a standard car wash. Any/all additional cleaning outside the scope of what’s included will be subject to expenses incurred for a professional detailing service. Failure to follow the above mentioned guidelines may result in incidental charges being added to your reservation and an insurance claim being filed.   • Damages:

    Adding a Vehicle Protection Plan offered by Turo is highly recommended. Accidental damages caused by valet services isn't uncommon and can lead to costly repairs. Notify your Turo host as soon as possible to report any damages that may have occurred during your reservation so repairs may be scheduled appropriately.

  • If you choose to exclude the fuel and cleaning services, we kindly ask for the following:

    1. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of unleaded gas it had upon pick up. 2. The vehicle must be thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed. All trash must be removed, interior surfaces, seats, and seat belts wiped down of any/all residues, and seats, floors, and trunk must be completely dry. 3. The exterior must be washed clean with no indications of mud, sand, bird droppings, etc. Excessive sand, mud, dirt, residue, stains, soils, mildew, pet hair, smoke/vape smells etc. left in the vehicle when returned may be subject to cleaning fees, regardless if the cleaning service has been included with your reservation.   • Parking Tickets, Moving Violations and Impound Fees:

    The PRIMARY DRIVER is responsible to notify their Turo host immediately of any parking and/or moving violation tickets received, and impound incidents that have occurred during their reservation. 1. The primary driver is responsible to resolve all matters and pay directly to the corresponding agency. 2. The primary driver will be charged for any/all late fees, escalated invoices, excessive storage fees, and any issues that require their Turo host to personally resolve.

Alfie was very responsive, communicative, dependable, reliable, personable, and my experience was beyond my expectations. she was very detailed on what to do and where to go to retrieve my rental and walked me through everything which is extremely helpful with the stress of being on vacation and completely out of your element. the rental was everything it promised to be and more. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her

Alfie was right on time for pickup and drop off. Sent good communication as well so I had no questions. The car met our needs. I did not like that the car had to be returned vacuumed and washed, not what I want to do on my vacation and I didn’t have that same requirement on my other rental cars.
