Rules and Guidelines ***Note to Renter - Rules and Guidelines PLEASE READ!*** 1) NO SMOKING IN THE VEHICLE. You may be charged a fee if there is evidence of smoking. You may also be charged if there is a residual smoke odor. Up to $250. (No vaping, smoking tobacco, marijuana, or any other substances) 2) Please return the car clean and in as much of an identical condition that you received the vehicle. Excessive dirt on the mats, trim, or exterior sand, salt, dirt, Leftover trash, dirty/stained seats, ripped/torn leather or upholstery, spilled liquids will not be tolerated, and cleaning fees will be charged to the renter. We want to be able to continue to serve and provide ALL of our renters with a superb renting experience. 3) If you experience a car accident. PLEASE REMAIN CALM! Call 911. Please worry about your well being first! Take pictures of the scene (if possible, the more photos the better). Speak to the police and have the police report filed. Reach out to myself if you need further assistance/guidance. PLEASE DO NOT HIT AND RUN or Leave the scene without any photo evidence. 4) Please return the car with as much gas as when you received. All vehicles will have the odometer and gas tank meters photographed before the renter receives the vehicle. You will be charged a fee if the car is returned with a tank of less than when the vehicle was received. 5) Please Put the lockbox back onto the window, with the key inside and before you close the door, lock the car using the switch on the door. A plastic bag with bubble wrap is included to store the lockbox. This bag is located in the glove box compartment. If you had a lockbox around the car handle, please do the same and return the lockbox (with the keys inside) and lock the vehicle from inside. 6) Please drive safely and responsibly. No burnouts, racing, 0-60s, drifting, exotic methods of driving. 7) All Vehicles come equipped with EZ-Pass. We will have the exact amounts of each toll pass and the amounts, and will require our renters to pay for the tolls, tickets, towing, etc. 8) All vehicles come stocked with Hand sanitizer and Sanitizing wet wipes. Please use responsibly and do not waste (so our future renters may use as well). Please do not remove from vehicle. A fee may be charged if items are removed or used wastefully. 9) No pets are allowed in the vehicle WITHOUT Protective Mats, Coverings, to Protect the leather/upholstery interior. We will accommodate/cooperate with renters, as long as you cooperate, send photos of protective coverings, and let us know beforehand. Thank you for your cooperation! 10) Please be careful when driving/parking. Each wheel will be photographed before/after, and each rim with new curb rash will incur additional fees. 11) The Vehicle Is equipped with 24/7 GPS and an Ignition Interrupt (Killswitch). The device collects driving data such as Vehicle Location, mileage, driving behaviors, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes. Please, if you decide you want to extend a trip, extend at least 24 hours in advanced, otherwise you must return the vehicle at the designated location/drop-off. Additional fees may be charged to you if we have to repossess the vehicle. Law Enforcement may be contacted. 12) By accepting to rent with us, you are confirming that you have read these rules and guidelines, and agree to abide by them. If any of the above rules/guidelines are broken, you accept to pay for the damages/fees/reimbursements or invoices that will be charged to you.

You won’t find a nicer guy than, David. He was easy to communicate with, arrived right on time and responded to all of my messages quickly. He made pickup and drop off incredibly easy. I can’t believe I was about to spend $400 at a chain rental agency when I could just rent from David for half the price. Half! Plus the car was in pristine condition, inside and out. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us. Never again will I rent from the big chain centers. Rent from David and save yourself the time, money and hassle.

This was the ABSOLUTE BEST rental experience I've ever experienced!! Enterprise, Hertz and Avis Budget need to take notes on the customer service this host gives and pay him to teach them his skills. A very thorough, easy, smooth, accommodating, understanding host. This was my first Turo experience and it has definitely made me a Turo fan.
