Made my reservation for this vehicle one month in advance. I had an accurate pick up time on my reservation. I also shared my flight itinerary at their request. Ask for it so they could time my pick up of the vehicle. Despite that they left the vehicle in regular airport parking all day. I was charged the full day airport parking rate. I have rented many Turos that included free pick up and drop off from the Detroit airport not once did they require me to pay parking let alone a full days on site parking rate.
When I returned the vehicle, I was told to leave it in the long-term parking lot offsite which required me to take a shuttle to the airport. It was frustrating that it was not easy pick up and drop off at the same location.
In addition when I picked up the car, the low tire indicator light was on. I had to stop and fill it up with air. Also this vehicle was completely out of window washer fluid when I picked it up. I had to stop and purchase and fill it up.
Renting this vehicle was definitely not the hassle free experience that I usually get when renting through Turo.
